Your opinion is that he is a fool to fight it, and I offer fact that he isn't a fool to fight it. Worst case, he loses a few hours; best case, ticket is completely dropped. Even if he agrees to go with a 75 in a 70, he will still pay a lower fine. Soapbox, on. Don't take this too personally, this is my general vent towards some folks on the internet. Generally it is better to have an opinion than to not have an opinion, but you don't need to share your opinion about everything with everyone. You don't walk down the street telling everyone nice shirt, ugly shoes, stupid hair, etc...you don't need to give your opinion for every post, especially when someone is looking for facts. Whew, soapbox off.
